  • Only use this form if you used to be a customer and you're looking to rejoin the Motability Scheme after you’ve breached your terms and conditions.

    On your termination notice you'll see the date you can appeal to rejoin. This also has important information we'll need to consider as part of your request.

    We can only review your appeal if this date has passed or you can provide evidence that your vehicle was removed incorrectly. You’ll need to be able to prove this when you speak to us.

    If we decide to readmit you to the Scheme, you’ll need to pay back any money you owe first. We'll have sent you any outstanding invoices you need to pay in the post.

  • This needs to be official documents, like police reports or court documents.
  • We cannot review your appeal until your suspension has ended. Or you can give us evidence to show we removed you from the Scheme incorrectly.
